Into Thin Air

Today we have turned in all of the questions for the book Into Thin Air.  In the book there are Sherpas who are partisan to their religion which is Buddhism.  The Sherpas are the local people who help the expedition leaders carry supplies and other necessities up the mountain.  They were born in the area and live there so the are acclimatized to the lack of oxygen.  When they take people up the mountain they have to be very careful otherwise their leaders might denounce them from a Sherpa position because they have make a careless mistake.

When the climbers are up on the mountain they have to be careful when they are leading a big expedition otherwise they might be relinquished  from their duties as a Sherpa.  Once they reach the last camp they have to set a turn around time to circumscribe how far they are able to go to have enough light to some back down the mountain.
